The Egyptian Cultural and Educational Bureau in Washington, D.C. was pleased to continue facilitating discussions between the Faculty of Pharmacy, Cairo University, and the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) College of Pharmacy on September 24, 2026.

Building on the previous discussions between the two institutions, the meeting focused on further developing the framework for collaboration at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, with the aim of translating the ongoing dialogue into concrete academic opportunities.

The discussions explored potential pathways for academic cooperation, student and faculty engagement, graduate education, and opportunities that could strengthen educational and research connections between the two pharmacy schools.

ECEB is pleased to support the continued dialogue between Cairo University and UNMC and looks forward to seeing these discussions progress toward a sustainable institutional partnership that creates meaningful opportunities for students, faculty, and researchers from both institutions.
