شاركت الأستاذ الدكتور هبه محمود الملحق الثقافي في الفعالية التي نظمتها السفارة المصرية بواشنطن  في 9 نوفمبر بمناسبة  استرداد عدد من القطع الفرعونية التي  ضبطت بواسطة السلطات الأمريكية أثناء محاولة تهريبها إلى الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية. وقد تم تسليم القطع لسعادة السفير معتز زهران الذي أعرب عن سعادته لاستعادة تلك القطع، كما أكد على أهمية مواجهة محاولات سرقة الآثار المصرية والاتجار بها.

The Cultural Attache, Prof. Heba Mahmoud saad participated in an event organized by the Egyptian Embassy on 9 November to celebrate receiving 5 original pharaonic pieces that were caught by the American authorities while being illicitly trafficked to the USA. The pieces were presented to Ambassador Motaz Zahran who expressed his happiness to retain the pieces and highlighted the importance of fighting illicit trafficking of heritage.
